Carta de Alfredo de Brossard al Doctor Vicente Fidel López, informándole sobre un negocio que realiza el Jefe de Policía Moreno con algunos franceses, ha ciéndose remitir con éstos mercaderías que luego deposita en Barracas, con lo que se afecta seriamente el comercio francés. Habiendo el cónsul dirigido una reclamación, solicita a López averigüe el estado de ésta, esperando que el embargo de las mercaderías sea levantado.
